BRUCE PRIOR
Bruce started his own property development and construction company, Portico Real Estate, LLC., which specializes in redeveloping urban properties in. In 2008 he started another company, Sprawlternative, to build new single family homes. Bruce is also a licensed real estate agent. Bruce graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering in 1998.

GEORGE PRIOR
George Prior is a full-time real estate investor, specializing in the complexities of out-of-state investment properties and distressed housing. He currently handles investment real estate in Alabama, Colorado, and Michigan. George began his investment career in 1988 as a National Association of Securities Dealers licensed Series 22 Securities Representative. He’s a graduate of the University of Northern Colorado.

Bill manages our own properties, so we know from experience just how knowledgeable and hard-working he is. Bill’s team handles everything – from collecting rents to answering calls about bad furnaces to making extensive repairs – and his top priority is keeping expenses down and cash flowing to investors.
